This Hotel was very comfortable for a short stay in Port Au Prince. The staff was bilingual, and friendly. The restaurant is clean, and the food was good, they cook the food "made to order", so it's a little slow but tasty ( room service is available). The location of this hotel is akwardly placed in the middle of a poor neighborhood, but it's surrounded by a wall, and friendly, armed security guards a always present. An outdoor pool is available during the daylight (after dark the guards will ask you to get out), and an exercise room, and outdoor basketball court is on the premises as well. The balcony upstairs from the hotel restaurant is a beautiful spot to spend a time over looking the city/ocean cruise ships/mountains.....u can see it all from that spot. I have photos but i havent upload them yet, ive just gotten back and haven't unpacked as of yet :)
