We started with the pate, which was quite nice. The smoked duck breast had an incredible intensely smoked flavor that was pretty spectacular. The grilled fish (we had both Mahi Mahi (dorado in FR) and wahoo (Thazar in FR) was tasty but we also found most places in Guadeloupe overcook their fish. The scallops were great, if not a bit small. For dessert we had rasberry mouse and a passion fruit creme brulee that was pretty darn fantastic.
