This was a very good choice for us! It only has 20 rooms, which surround a delightful swimming pool. It was immaculately clean, and the air conditioning was exceptionally quiet in our rooms. We had a family suite, which meant that our 2 teenage girls had their own spacious bedroom with loads of storage space and wardrobes. Our room included a kitchen area, a front veranda and a small back garden. There is an open air restaurant with a wonderful, welcome breeze. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were very happy here. L’Anse Aux Epines is a lovely location, with some amazing private villas dotted about. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and we enjoyed Prickly Bay very much. There is some great snorkelling, and the swimming is so safe. We were here on a room only basis, but had breakfast most mornings, which was very pleasant. We preferred to eat out of an evening, but did enjoy an excellent meal in, at Gath’s Restaurant, one evening. A short walk from the hotel are 2 excellent restaurants, one of which we could highly recommend The Red Crab. This hotel is small and personable and would be a fab place to celebrate a special occasion with friends or family. We would strongly recommend people to hire a car or use the excellent taxi services available on the island.

This is such a nice hotel where the staff really do make an effort to make your stay a pleasure. The food is great and when you compare the prices to other hotels in Grenada, you'll find yourself eating in every night. There are also self catering facilities if you are really trying to keep costs down. It's only a short hop by cab from Grande Anse (my favourite beach on the island) and a walk to Prickly Bay.

The barnan is also amazing - you will get literally Ritz-class cocktails here. But with Caribbean-class measures of alcohol, so be careful!

Having just returned from Grenada my family and I felt compelled to let others know about this little gem of a hotel. The rooms were clean and well laid out centred around a fabulous pool that our children lived in for two weeks. We came back to the room one day to find a note the maids had left us thanking us for using the hotel. freindly staff, that werent over the top but were always there if you needed them.
Thank you to all we will definately be going back this Christmas.

Booked this hotel because it is small - 20 rooms - and as a single person I hoped it would make it easier to meet other people. From this point of view it was a successful stay - met some really nice people.

My room was very good with a large bathroom but no hot water all week - except for 1 day!!! I understood from others that they also had no hot water despite complaining. Room cleaning however was excellent.

Arranged with the hotel for a taxi to meet me at airport - it didn't materialize - and I eventually got a cab with some other people who had also been expecting a taxi to be waiting.

Service very laid back - too much really - waited 40 minutes to get breakfast even after telling them that a tour bus was coming to collect me.

Big problems with the bill - charged for room and breakfast although this had been paid for in advance - they had the agent's voucher on file - and when the bill was redone, total was incorrect and it took them 4 attempts to add it up correctly!!. Then I was given the wrong change - too little!!

Could be a very nice hotel but has an absentee owner who lives in the UK & visits now and again - and this could be the problem. Staff need better training & more supervision. Hot water problem needs sorting.
