The best holiday, the Hotel staff were second to none, the Hotel does need a lick of paint as looking a bit tired, However, when we got the call at 0700 telling us we would be moved because it had gone into receivership couldn't believe it!!!!
Moved to The Calabash, lovely Hotel, fabulous food, but missed the Spa treatments at La Source
Thought of it as a 2 Resort break and enjoyed rest of stay

Great Place to stay. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that it was their last weekend open. They moved us to another hotel for the reminder of our visit but we're really bummed we were not able to enjoy LaSource.

Day 5 of our week at La Source and the hotel has announced it will close on Monday 15th due to "unforeseen circumstances". We are among the thirty strong contingent who have elected to stay as we fly home on 14th, and I must say that we are being looked after very well indeed.

It all started so well with an upgrade on British Airways to First Class; charming crew, excellent catering and splendid wine list. La Source has been superb and I would echo the laudatory reviews on TA....clickawick summed up the resort very well in particular. The site is very special and the staff are superb. I can only hope that the new owners (rumours say Sandalls) will keep the current values for the future as we would love to return. Our thoughts are with the staff and we hope everything will work out well for their future......

Beautiful, quality hotel, only 5 mins transfer from the airport. Activities offered are varied (golf, archery, water aerobics, beach and pool volleyball, scuba etc...) and your stay includes a spa treatment every day. This was one of the reasons we booked, and whilst the treatments weren't quite up to the standard of the spa in Le Sport in St. Lucia (which used to be the 'sister' hotel of La Source, hence their similarity in terms of activities and inclusive spa treatments), they are still very relaxing and contribute to the overall sense of relaxation you experience being here. Grenada is a beautiful island and the people are gorgeous, all very proud of where they come from and keen to let visitors know all it's attractions. The hotel itself is very attractive, my only negative comment was that our room was one of the furthest ones and up a very steep slope, which may not suit everybody, especially older visitors or those not good on their feet. Highly recommend for the money.
