If you have a good guide, the place is interesting, but I learned the same things at Belmont Estate, which I highly recommend visiting.
I went here with our tour guide extraordinaire AJ MEDDY .....I loved it as it non commercialized and unspoiled, if you are going to go, go with a guide
Very informative and great place to but all the spices you will need to bring back home
The estate was a working spice factory in the 17th century and is now a very interesting insight into the processes and uses of the many spices grown on the island. The guides show you such things as nutmeg and cocoa and explain their uses. There is no entry charge and there is the opportunity to buy some of the spices and cocoa as souvenirs.
This is a very interesting stop. It is a must see when on Grenada.
