A great way to try a lot of different caribbean food in one meal.
You get 20 small plates ( think tapas) for EC$60 per head.
Some was great ( tasty calaloo soup / awesome octopus salad / lovely gingered pork / great little fish cakes / smashing tannia fritters )..... some pleasant ( the spiced pumpkin , the green beans , the cheesy breadfruit (?))..... and some not so great .... boiled okra ... I hate okra ! There were another 10 dishes as well but you get the idea.
All told a good meal at a good price with extra friendly service.
And as for portion size which some other reviewers have mentioned.... there's plenty of food !!!! Yes some dishes only have two pieces on them ... others however have piles of food on. I left full and happy.
As for it being more expensive than The Aquarium... a main course there is about EC$60... that's without any sides which are extra , without a first course, without pudding. That same 60 bucks gets you 20 courses at Patricks !
And yes the restaurant is quite basic.... Homestyle it's called and Homestyle it is.
