We just got back from our second trip to Dreams Punta Cana. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, look no further. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are very clean; there are plenty of choices for food, especially in the World Cafe. The Mexican restaurant is also very good, as is the Italian. Everyone said the Japanese was good, but we didn't eat there as my husband doesn't like Japanese food. All of the staff at this resort is just incredible. Their only concern is how to please you and make your trip more enjoyable. Our favorite waiter, Manzueta, went out of his way to please us. We even recived a special dinner on our last night at the Dreams which consisted of lobster tails, filet mignon and champaigne. We had a beautiful swim up room which was just steps from the enormous pool, where the drinks flow freely. They have a drink of the day, which allows you to try something different each day (or you can stick to any number of your other favorite beverages). One tip: Building 5 is a bit noisy after you go to bed because everyone walks through that bldg. to get to their rooms. If you're a light sleeper & need quiet, request bld. 1. The entertainment staff is great. The casino is small, but my husband won a little bit of money playing the slot machines. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone thinking of booking here.
