We went to see the Blue Hole and this company was really great. The customer service desk for me was the area in need of improvement. The people were not that nice or police or willing to make sure you are taken care of. However, the two guys who took us up to the Blue Hole cave to swim were so nice and very energetic! We were thrilled with the experience.

Wow! If you like nature, you have to see it. The beach, the blue hole cane, it was all so great! We were driving with boogies aver Cap Cana and the nature here is even more amazing and beautifull that in the rest of DR. We drove and took a short hike to a hiden sweet water small lake, where blue gets a completely new meaning! The water was crystal clear and very refreshingThis is a must!

Overall the Buggie Excursion was not bad because the stop at the Natural pool made up for the lack of adventure in the Buggie trip. The trip winds you around a developing master plan community where you go to the Cap Cana beach and then stop at the Natural Pool. If not for the Natural pool I would have demanded my money back. The adventure just wasn't there when you are following in a line not going through any roughed landscape. The pool was just amazing though and my group could have stayed there for hours! Made the trip worth the money.

Mostly drove the buggies on the road and had to go very slow since we were traveling caravan style. Every stop the have you make, you were solicited to. The cave was pretty cool, but we would have liked it if we could have spent more time there. Instead, you got to jump in, swim around a little and then had to get out. Big disappointment.
