Loved the course. Not overly tight off of the tees but very tough greens and approaches make it a challenging test!!

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the start times which can lead to some slow play, but otherwise a great Niclaus Track

Beautiful well layed out course. Greens are fast and all were in excellent condition when we played at the end on Nov. '12. Women get a good advantage which is needed as some 4 pars are close to 500 yrs.

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised with this resort and the adjacent Cana Bay golf course. We are a group of 12 that for the past 17 years have gone away on a golf trip. This is the first time that the group has gone away to an all-inclusive and judging by our experience, it won’t be the last.

Our biggest concern on this trip was the golf course. On previous golf trips we were accustomed to playing different golf courses every day. Since we opted for the unlimited golf package we played the Cana Bay golf course for six straight days. What a great golf course! Cana Bay is a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and it does not disappoint. It is a good challenge for golfers of any level and it was in great shape. The fairways were pristine and the greens were undulating and rolled fast. Some very interesting holes including #18 which is a great finishing hole. The pro shop staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the beverage cart was always around for that cold beverage. The other big bonus for our group is that after the round they stored our clubs for us there until the next day. They have a bar out back overlooking #18 for that 19th hole beverage. As a side note, the course recently held a PGA Latin America tour event the week before we arrived.

Overall our group was extremely pleased with our experience at the Hard Rock resort and I would not hesitate to recommend this resort. If you want further information on the resort or the golf, feel free to contact me.
