Awesome trip. Best zip line any of us had experienced. It is about an hr. each way but the scenery is well worth the trip. Double cable so very safe.

“Great first experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013 via mobile

We went as a group of 9 on the zip line excursion. The experience was awesome. The trip to the middle of 'no where' was pretty rough, but had to keep in mind that this is how they live in this country! Our guide, Jose, was awesome! He kept us informed and entertained on the trip to and from the resort. I don't have anything to compare it to, but with this great experience, I am sure to return or to try another zip line! The fruit provided by a local family at the end of zip lining had to be the best fruit I have ever had! If you go, I hope you get Jose as a guide and Matos as one of the crew!

Exactly is as the people live in a third world country and even if we don´t have good roads the people has a good heart and always happy to have foreigners to see their country .
Thank you for your visit

“Great Fun, but a Slog to Get To”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

The zip-lining is fantastic, and very safe. We appreciated the safety briefing and procedures used - the guides made sure that you were always connected to the towers by a safety clip, until you were completely hooked up to the zip line. They use double lines at Canopy for safety and comfort. Photography is banned for safety reasons, but they take numerous photos of each person which you can purchase on a DVD for $20/couple.

Great zip-lining, horrendous journey to get there. The last hour of the bus ride - in an uncomfortable open truck with tiny seats and a rudimentary safety belt - is up hellacious unmade mountain roads. The guides try to distract you by showing you the cocoa and coffee bean crops, but it really is a toss-up as to whether the fun of the zip-lines is worth the bus ride.

“Great Tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

This was a great tour!! Wilson "Pinki" picked us up at our hotel right at 8:00am (which actually surprised us that they didn't run on "Dominican time" which is 20 minutes late for everything). Pinki kept us entertained the entire way to and from the adventure by telling us all about the country that we were seeing. Once there we went through brief instructions about what to do and we were off. The sights were gorgeous and after we watched our photo video while eating delicious fruit. I would definitely do this tour again!!

“Great Zip Line Adventure!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

My husband and I had an incredible experiance with Canopy Adventure in Punta Cana! We did our excursion in the morning and were back to our hotel by 1 o'clock with plenty of time to relax for the rest of the day. Our guide was Wilson - "Pinky" and he made our experience one of a kind! He was an awesome tour guide while we were making our way to the excursion site. He was full of energy from begiing to end and made sure everyone had an awesome time.

We zip lined on 15 different lines and did a small amount of hiking in between the lines. Safety was cleary the main priority of everyone working at Canopy Adventure and that made us feel really comfortable. The overall experience was awesome! $80 per person and $20 for a CD with our photos on it. The best part was learning that Canopy Adventure sponsors a local school and helps children get an education. We felt good knowing our money was not only giving us an awesome experience but also helping the local children.

Would definetly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun half day adventure. Ask for Wilson, he's the best!

It is true that Canopy Adventure is involved in actions helping children and giving jobs to the poor people of the area.
We do the best we can to give to our customers the most memorable experience with 100% safety.
The respect for the nature is our credo.........
