Well let me start by saying we went april 7th for a week and had a awesome time,the staff where awesome,food great and the resort nice and clean,we loved rosa in the dining room,she is a sweet heart and went to playa corticeto,the village next to it and meet alot of nice peoplke.joseph a guy with adventure tours was who we booked out day trips with and he is a sweety,we are already planning on going back next year to see our new friends,if this resort was is good enough for you,maybe you should stay home,stay was always friendly and helpful.LOVE LOVE LOVE.

LIsted as a 4 Star hotel SO NOT TRUE . We stayed there April School vacation. service was horrible, the rooms needed to be remodeled, the shower head was falling off, the bath rooms were dirty, there was a piece of something in the corner of the room that was there when we arrived and was still there when we left

The beach was very nice,but like most of the dominican,there were people hounding you to buy stuff every 5 minutes. The service sucked, too many people and not enough bar tenders. i gave out over 300 dollars in tips,to the ones that deserved them.when the bartenders served all the people behind me and still made me wait, they didnt get any tip you have to earn a tip where i come from.On the other hand the waitresses were very nice,the maids did a good job. Its a good thing they had a self serve bar for pop and beer.They Cater to the French ,If you cant speak it dont go.You will wait for your drink everytime.

Well we were there from april 7 to the 14th,2012. When we arrived we had to wait for our room which really didnt bother us. we were in room 1204.it was acceptable.
From the moment we arrived the bar service sucked big time....always served us last and the night before we left there were 5 bar tenders and they just wouldnt serve me....the guy at the front desk came over and served me and yelled at them in spanish.
When i pay for all inclusive I expect all inclusive.
It was over runned by the french...very rude and ignorrant people......Im half french myself and I have never seen so many rude people in my life!!!! Infact there was a french lady that said she was ashamed of the french and how they acted there.
My hubby travel all the time and never experienced anything like this. We will not go back and we would not reccomand this resort to anyone unless they are fluent french and rude then thats the place for you!!!!
The only thing this resort has going for it is the beach and the mexican and gormet a la cartes they were awsome...but the buffet was nothing more then a cuba buffet with alittle bit more varity.
One bar opens another closes and no 24 hrs like i was told.
The noulitours rep only there half hour and not everyday eiother and if there are more people to talk to them you have to wait until they come back......I will not go via noulitours again...even she (maria) had to get permission to speak english to me?????whats with that?????
well if you go just dont say you weren't warned...because I told you so!!!!!
