Beautiful constructions disguised under olden time, very beautiful type on the river, fascinating walk by a high-speed boat on the river and the cleanest sea on island, fascinating travel, the personnel very friendly and cheerful
This is a medieval place in a mountain of la Romana. It has a hotel and a school for design. It was built in the 70s. Gorgeous place
I havent been in Catalina but Altos de Chavón is nice. The problem is that right now they charge 20$ per person to get in and that,s way too much... The place is beautiful but too expensive for what they offer...
This trip was good Altos de Chevron was good but could have done with a bit more time there, the speed boat from bayahibe was hilarious weaving in & out of the waves & crossing our sister speed boat, the star fish experience was good fun with rum & coke in hand , the Saona island bbq was good but beware you get bit on the island under the trees so stay on the beach. & finally the cattermaran on the way back was a laugh a minute salsa dancing & yet more rum & cokes & relaxing in the sun What a day 10 out of ten
not really something to do there but its nice @ Altos de Chavon
Catalina virgin island ??? the sellers on the beach try to sell you til your back in the catamaran ,food @ buffet really basic.
