The transport for the airport was ok, however, when I got to Punta Cana they scheduled a meeting to show me the excursions. I paid for a diving in Catalina Island, and Juanillo VIP. They were supposed to pick me up on the hotel meeting point for both excursions.
I went there, two days, and waited more than an hour. They told me that it happens, and that time it happened to me.
In the end I got the money back, but still I lost two days.
DO NOT RECCOMEND BLUE. When I was at the meeting point ALL the buses from other companies arrived, all but blue.
They are really umprofessional.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not able to enjoy your trip to the fullest, mostly due to the inconveniences experienced with the activities you booked through us. We take our costumers complaints very seriously and are making all efforts to improve our services and products on a daily basis, thus your opinion is important to us.
Unfortunately we are not able to give you back the time you lost waiting for the transportation service of these excursions, especially knowing how precious your vacation time is, but we would like to apologize again for these inconveniences, letting you know that we will do our best to improve mishaps like yours in the future.
Also would we be more than happy to make it up to you somehow, and hope you contact us, should your travel plans bring you back to the Dominican Republic one day, so we can offer you a compensation for your trouble.
