Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel and had a fab time. The rooms are kept clean and tidy although the deco is a bit dated we mainly stayed round the family pool area and enjoyed watching all the games even if we did not join in there is also an adult only pool if you would like peace and quite. The food was O.K some days were better than others lots of choice though we went to both the italian and brazilian resturants and enjoyed both. Did the quad biking which cost 55 dollars for two and was one of our best days there had lots of fun. We also went to Ocean World and did the dolphin swim which was fantastic all the shows were great too. The beach is not gr8 but if you walk for about 20mins along you will find a gr8 beach with clear water. I would not recommened the catamaran trip as when we went the sea was very rough and nearly half the boat were being continually sick myself included. Its not a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for and I would recommened going if you are on a budget, everyone is really friendly out there and met some gr8 people. My bfriend also had a round of golf and said the course was really good.Any questions please message me.

I stayed at this hotel during the new years with some friends from the vacation club.I must say it was a pleasent surprise as i leave here and i have visited many all inclusive in the area and this by far is the best for a rated 3 star.Food was very good for new years eve and during the stay,shows were good with some limitations but good again for a 3 stars.Rooms a bit tired but very clean and confortable.I have nothing to complain and looking back to return when my friends are back.

I have been to this hotel several times and cant wait to get back again. To all those people who complain about standards - go to a 5*, you after all only get what you pay for. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, linen etc all changed on a daily basis. For all the time I stay in the room i certainly cant complain.

We arrived during the Tropical Storm Olga but the Banana Family didnt let it dampen our spirits - it all added to the holiday and gave us another story to tell when we got back home. The guys - Vladimier, Domingo, Spaghetti, Saffi, Alberto (Kingpin), Taco Bell, Angel, Andreas, Jose (Baby Alex), all the pool staff and all the girls (sorry if i missed any1 - memory blank) really tried their hardest to raise every1 spirits and inject a bit of fun despite the weather. A big thanks to the bar staff - Leandro and Miguel are both absolute stars - They put up with us 24/7 and thats tough going for anyone.

The shows that the animation staff put on at night are absolutley fantastic - well done Anthony (the body) and a big big thankyou to Hector for letting us see The Michael Jackson and Fantasia Shows - just 1 big favour dont put me on the stage as the mermaid next time.

There are plenty day trips to be done or just do what we did and relax around the pool all day and have fun with the staff. If getting out the resort is what you want to do just ask the animation team they'll tell you everything you need to know. If you get the chance go to Sosua with the guys - its a great night out and they really look after you.

We were at the resort over Christmas and New Years. The resort did a good job of both. The resort is fairly rated at the 3.5 * the travel books give it.
Rooms : Are basic but keep clean with fresh towels and linens daily. They were fumagated once a week. Our shower had lots of hot water just that it did not stay in the shower so we had to mop up the floor after every shower as the floor drain did not work.
Staff: Are great. They were friendly and went out of their way to make sure you have a great time. The selling of Bingo cards got old but after a few days they knew you wouldn't play so stopped asking.
Quad tours: They sell quad tours out of this resort DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go with this outfit. Try a different company they sell off the beach. The majority of the quads had no brakes or very little brakes. With only one working not all 3 spots like it should have. No front brakes, the cables hung slack, then either the back hand brakes or the foot brake not both would work. The first quad of 3 I had that day the transmission went out of it in a puddle beside a dead dog, the replacement quad had no brakes, then the 3rd quad kind of had brakes. An elderly couple from the UK had the front wheel fall off their dune buggy so they just tied it back on with a rope. About 1/2 hour later they show up with a new one that had no brakes. Therefore they could not stop and slammed into the back of me and left me with a very bruised and sore back. Thank goodness my 10 year old was in front of me and not behind me or I hate to think how bad he would of got hurt. So once again DO NOT go with this outfit.
