I loved the Taino art and the shows that they have shown my family because i love to dance myself and its one of my best things that i do when i hear a beat or any type of music. you can just see me either tapping my foot, nodding my head, or just cheering lol

“A Well-Organized and Interesting Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2012

My wife and I visited the Museum of Taino Art in March as part of a Caribbean cruise. The museum is a little off the beaten track but once we arrived we found the experience extremely worthwhile. Visitors are able to follow an auio-guided path through a series of life-size dioramas illustrating the lives of the pre-Colombian Taino Indians and the devastating impact that the Spanish colonists had on them. The museum has a small gift and bookshop and a cafe for refreshments. We recommend it for individuals and families with an interest in indigenous culture or simply those with a desire to get away from the more frequented tourist sites.
