Hidden in the middle of nowhere there is an Elvis Presley fan, a place full of ocean treasures, a place to seat and eat well. The chef seems to have a “secret” touch with meat, maybe even a deal with the devil to archive that superb quality consistently.
The chatebriand, pepper filet and the delicious tartar seems to have eternally found the right moment for the meat to be served. Against the local, warm weather, broccoli soup or a goulash will be worth the sweat. My favorite, having finished with some of the previous dishes; chicken filled with prawns baptized with a saffron sauce.
Don’t forget Papillion’s famous dessert “Mousse au Chocolate” Maybe the chef is not the chattiest of all, but that doesn’t matter.
