We had low expectations for this place. We were looking for a place to have a decent meal and watch the Superbowl. They just happened to have a TV and weren't super crowded.
We are from LA and have some of the best Indian food in our neighborhood, so I am always skeptical of the quality of Indian restaurants elsewhere.
We ordered drinks from the bar, which took a little time even though they weren't busy, but were very tasty.
We ordered the samosas and buffalo wings as appetizers, and both were great. The quantity of food was considerable.
Our entrees were saag paneer, which was okay, and we only really got it because we were craving vegetables.
The grouper entree, however, was excellent. It's not really Indian, but it was seasoned and cooked to perfection.
We were pleasantly surprised.
