Venezuelan merchants bring in their ships on this location and sell produce.
Lots of plantains, yucca, bananas, mango's, coconuts, and a few fruits I'd never heard of. I would not plan a day around this as it only takes about 60 seconds to walk from one end to the other, but if you're in the area and want a snack or to try a new fruit its a good place to look.
Also worth noting, the actual market is not floating, just the boats behind it.
