In Cuba, Its all about the people and Ana and Pepe went out of their way to make our 4 days in Havana the most memorable trip I have ever had. I go to Cuba for the people and they are the best hosts you will find. The rooms were very clean, and the casa is very secure and in a very safe area. The meals were more than filling at breakfast and dinner and always served with a smile. From arranging taxis to making sure we got home at night, this experience was more than I expected. The air conditioners made the sleeping conditions perfect and with internet access and a quiet atmosphere, it was the perfect home away form home. It was my first time in a Casa Particular in Cuba and I was a little hesitant but I recommended this casa to everyone looking for a safe, clean environment and with hosts that will do anything and everything to make you comfortable.

spent one of the most memorable, if not THE most memorable week of our lives, as guests of Ana Pepe and Tony in October 2007, The quality of our Cuban experience was due in no small part to the professionalism of Ana and her team as hospitality providers.

Casa de Ana works like a mini luxury hotel in terms of the services it offers If you choose to stay there - and I add my voice to the chorus of people who highly recommend you do so, - you will feel safe and supported in every activity you choose to do. The night watchman looks after yu at night, Tony is the most attentive waiter imaginable, Pepe the most knowledgeable of tour guides and Ana is a charming hostess. The rooms are spacious and spotless- as are the ensuite bathrooms and the meals are prepared with the utmost care using the best ingredients Ana can obtain.

After nearly a year, I look back with grateful thanks to a family who do their utmost at all times, far beyond the call of duty, to enable their paying guests to have a carefree and satisfying stay in their wonderful country to where we hope to return in the near future.

Together with two friends, I stayed at Ana's last year. We had checked a number of Casas in Habana and our main priority was to be in a safe, well located house. La Casa de Ana is exactly like this and it was a true enhancer to our cuban experience.

Please think twice before going to a hotel in Cuba since living in a casa particular is definitely going to provide you with a much more life enriching experience.

We are planning on going back sometime this year (probably in the winter time).

Everything has been said for Ana and Pepe. My friend and I chose them on Tripadvisor and we did not regret; everything that has been said in other reviews. They all are very friendly and genuine people, the room was clean and spacious.

We had trouble with our luggage which arrived 4 days after us and if there wasn't Pepe to call the airport many many times we wouldn't be able to solve the problem. We could never get that kind of service and attention if we were staying in Hotel.
