Came on Thursday - for Sushi Thursdays!
Miso Soup - was good however the base is a Sazon - its really tasty however its not authentic - worth trying.
Sushi - the Salmon is Lox type processed salmon (remember it's Cuba!) it was really tasty, the rice was good.
There was a white fish, didn't really like it as it was to stringy -
The ginger was FABULOUS! If it not as good it may be better than most places serve in the NY/NJ region. I kept asking for more!
Wasabi and soy sauce were good!
Ordered the Ceviche Peruano - Authentic taste, raw fish cooked in lemon this was to die for!
Service was absolutely wonderful - the waiter, chef, manager went beyond their way to make me feel like a respected client.
**Note there is a bar on the second floor with music, and Hookah the charge is $15 the flavors are limited, however if you love Hookah bring sealed tobacco & and plastic mouthpiece and they'll let you use it!
