Excelent service, this last time we had a room on the 21st floor with the most spectacular view of the Habana City. Maid service was impecable. Everything very clean. One day we asked the maid about an iron machine, five minutes later she brought it with the iron board.
Food was good if you were at the buffet in early hours.

Internet available, very slow but it was important to have the service. We called every day bell boy service to get our car from the garage and bring it to the entrace, it was always in time. We were very happy with their service and accomodations. This is our seventh time in the same hotel and same floor.

I can't believe when I se what people been writing!! Why the bad review? I absolutely loved it. 25 floors. The rooms are BIG! Our room could at least be for four people eventhogh it was a double room! The location is perfecto. In the modern part of Havana. It was easy to get around and a perfect meeting point if you don't know the city very well. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I can't see the complaints of the cleaning... We had a terrific cleaner. She always made our room look nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Got no complaints about that! The only down side was the dinner buffet. The food wasn't that nice and it was over priced, 21CUC per person- drinks not included. We only ate the dinner buffet once. Then we found some lovely places to eat with much more value for money and quality of food. The hotel was great. no complaints!! Swimming pool was great. What does people expect anyway when they come to Cuba? Luxury life? When a normal cuban earns 10CUC per month. Please think before you speak. Lovely Hotel. Lovely City. Lovely People!! What more can I say?? I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice disco in 25th floor. Nice pool. Great malecon and Habana views.

The entrance lobby to this hotel is quite impressive but once upstairs it becomes obvious how shabby it is. The bedroom was huge but definitely needs some refurbishment. The restaurant on the 2nd floor where we had breakfast was o.k. - functional but noisy and without much atmosphere. We had the misfortune to have our evening meal in the ground floor restaurant to the left of the reception desk which proved to be a big mistake. The staff were indifferent and there was quite a wait for our meal. When this arrived we were given the wrong meals which were snatched away with a promise of replacements. After about 30 minutes my husband's meal appeared but mine did not so after about another 10 minutes we left. The staff were not really interested in our complaint but on checking out we found we had not been charged for the meal. The location of the hotel was far from ideal, being a taxi-ride away from Old Havana. I'm glad we only had to spend one night there.
