“Keep it a secret”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

After many years of diving at Bonaire this was my first successful attempt to dive at the East Coast. It couldn't be more easy, given the circumstances. That was because the guys of East Coast Diving do an excellent job: the boat is made for the job and the guys know what they are doing. The dive spots are that beautiful and untouched that they should be kept a secret: so don't tell anybody.
Clearly this is not the type of diving for people that got their OW yesterday or have no buoyancy control. But when you are comfortable in calm seas that go over three feet and you have a normal fitness level there is no problem: the boat is very easy to enter. The dives are guided and the boat is following the group so current, if any, is not a problem. The dive spots are without doubt the most beautiful ones at Bonaire not only because there are masses of Turtles and big fish but the shallow reef area is almost untouched. Keep it that way! The guys of East Coast Diving are the only operation that organise dives to get there, you can book a trip at your own dive operator, or book on line as I did.

After diving for over 20 years in all parts of this world I would say this diving company meets all exceptions you can have. They really got it!
Great boat, Great crew plus amazing diving. What a combination!

“Outstanding Morning of Diving”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2014

A great dive, well worth doing again! Hans and Fred both are excellent divers, and outstanding hosts. They operate the boat with skill, navigate the dive site with ease, and do everything imaginable to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone on board.

“Wild side diving”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2014

Went out with "Bonaire East Coast Diving" 10 of us on boat plenty of room on boat (do not leave anything in your car) they will tell you, Bring a SMB or surface marker with you if you forget they have some but you should bring your own, The dives were great saw lots of turtles and rays and the others eels, lobster, etc you will do about a hour dive, if you are a heavy breather than bring a tank from Dive Friends of Bonaire the have great fills, We all know how it is to get a 2700 or 2800 fill in your tank, However Bonaire East Coast diving are fixing that problem by switching fill companies, Tank fills are not a deal breaker but you should be aware of it you really want to max out that hour dive, Hans and Andy were are guides and gave great dive briefs, water was provided on the boat and there is a restaurant there for lunch when you get back, Highly recommend this as must do

“Excellent service and personal attention”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2014

Hans and Fred were terrific. This is the second time diving with them and as a PADI Instructor I am impressed with their attention to detail and focus on safety. They made everyone in the group of 9 divers feel welcomed and appreciated. I am especially impressed with Hans's ability to spot a sleeping turtle 30 feet away while keeping track of the group. I will definitely use these gentlemen again when I return to Bonaire.
