My wife and I went to Bonaire in March 2013 and we stayed at the Wanapa Lodge. We had a wonderful experience there! We were warmly welcomed by the Dutch couple (Ginny and Marc) that runs the place. Even though we arrived quite late from Sint Maarten where we live, we were still able to enjoy a proper meal at our room's terrace. The breakfast that was served every day was very rich and we were further recommended a proper taxi service as well as a good place to rent a car. Best experience, however, was when Marc took us on a snorkeling trip and we spotted a manta. Would definitely go back to Wanapa!
