“Great Atmosphere, Phenominal Food and Top Notch Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2011

American Dream Steak - so good. Fresh Fish Entrees all Winners. Veal Tongue Appetizer Tastey. Nothing I had on the menu was bad and everything I would quickly order again and enjoy. This place is so well run and they have great service - best on Bonaire and Curacao of any of the many restaurants we visited. Attention to detail in the kitchen and front of house. Everyone works their butt off. All Cocktails Tastey. Make Reservations even off season or be prepared to wait /eat at the bar. We sat at the bar 2 nights -but we prefer the bar when it's just the 2 of us. It was so pretty overlooking the ocean. I would and did return while there and it was our favorite restaurant in Bonaire that we visited. Keep up the Amazing Work Guys!!

“Best Food We Experienced On Bonaire”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2011

Recommended by a number of locals we met - four of us went to dinner here and cleared every plate. From the little snacks at the start of the meal through chicken bouillon with veal tongue, amberjack three ways, fish soup with rouille and local barracuda with pumpkin puree and crumbled sausage the kitchen showed excellent technique coupled with imaginative combinations. Some places try too hard and can't pull it off but these guys really know what they are doing. Impeccable but relaxed service - we just wished we had tried it earlier as we surely would have returned.

“Delicious meal under the stars”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2011

Had a wonderful meal with great service - nice complimentary accompaniments, blue crab salad was very tasty, wahoo and salmon were very good, steaks were delicious, and the service was attentive. This has become a definite favorite.

“A tasting surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2011

We went to the AT SEA Restaurant i Bonaire with my , after reading the previous reviews in Tripadvisor and I can confirm the the positive outcomes. The staff is friendly and the food is good. While we were waiting for a table (we didn't reserve in advance), they served us an good appetizer. Then, at the table we had a wonderful starter (a duo of raw tuna including a carpaccio and a wonderful tartare, probably one of the best I have ever eaten), the catch of the day (a wahoo) and the caribbean catch of the day (a red snapper). Everything was delicious.
The only negative aspects: it was really hot (the tables are outside and therefore there is not air conditioning) and a limited list of wines.
In any case, a good food experience that I will repeat for sure when I will come again to Bonaire.
