“Friendly service with good food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2015

We sat down during what probably was the busiest evenings in a long time after the politicians just came to a compromise. We already knew that if it was so busy it might take a little bit longer but it wasn't long after our food arrived.

It was fresh, well seasoned and tasty with good service for such a busy evening. Food is reasonably priced for a " Catch of the day " with a side order of your choice they only charge you $19.50. In similar restaurants in Aruba they would charge you over $29 for such a dish. When we wanted to pay the owner explained us what was going on this evening and apologized for any inconvenience. This wasn't necessary because we are not in a hurry.

Even after two weeks he still waves at us if we drive by and is greatly appreciated! Keep it up, we will be back.

“Family loved the Panenkoeken, Beer and WiFi!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2015

Visited here with family and whole family had the Dutch Pancakes (Aka. Panenkoeken) - with bacon and others had with apples. Delectable - reminded us of Amsterdam! A bucket o' beer (6 Corona for under $20) with free WiFi made the whole family giddy. Great experience. Wonderful patio. Great server (albeit kitchen was a bit slow).

“Wonderful surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2015

My hubby and I stopped here for dinner tonight . We were waited on promptly and got an ice cold beer and a local rum drink. my husband ordered beef fajitas and based on our servers suggestions I ordered the goat stew. We weren't disappointed. The stew was served with a kind of "dirty" rice with red beans, fried plantain and yucca and a fresh green salad with beautiful red ripe tomato slices. The meat was fall off the bone fork tender in a seasoned gravy that was fabulous. I had a taste of the beef fajitas too. They had a nice little kick, served hot and sizzling with tortillas, sour cream, guacamole and salsa. He also got a fresh salad. Everything was delicious and we couldn't eat dessert. Great service, reasonably priced and right on the street. We would return again!!!!

“NIce outdoor place, open on holiday!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2015

We had a chicken quesadilla that was simple but very good! Server was very friendly and sociable. We might have starved on Easter weekend if not for this place!
