We went here twice for dinner during our 10 day Bajan vacation. The experience was magnificent each time!!! The first night we went with another couple and both said that their meals were one of the best they've ever eaten. My wife and I concur. They had the gnocchi appetizer, seafood crepe, and a seafood pasta special. They said that all three dishes were outstanding. My wife had the smoked Mahi Mahi appetizer and for the main course she also had the crepe and I had the flat iron sirloin w/shrimp. My beef was cooked perfectly as requested and was bursting with flavor. Excellent... For a drink, I went with the house Pinot Noir which paired very nicely.
Our second dinner here, only my wife and I went... For appetizers she had the eggplant tampura and I had the Red Snapper spring rolls. Both were divine!! Her main dish was a special beef stew. She had a hard time keeping the beef on the fork because it was so tender. I had the New Zealand Lamb Chops which was the best lamb I've eaten!!! OMG!!!! For the food here the price is very reasonable considering Barbados has fairly expensive eateries. Our first dinner cost about $300 USD for 4 people including drinks and extra tip. My wife and I spent $140 with wine and tip.
The servers were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. The ambiance and atmosphere are both outstanding as well. I usually find one or two things wrong with a place but Cafe Luna really surpassed all of my expectations.
