Would recommand this complex only if you want to deal with the owner who does not now how to talk to people in a polite manager ( thinks he knows everything !) )

Also Stayed At The Alterative Lodges ( Atlantic Shores ) Was Not very pleased with the interior design ( if any ) The Bedding Sheets where very rough and not comfortable at all!

We've been to Barbados three times now, and usually hit one of the islands in the Caribbean once a year. This is the best spot to stay that we've found yet. The beach right in front of the property is good, but if you just walk around the cape, you'll be at one of the best beaches in the caribbean--and likely have it all to yourself. Wolfgang and his staff, especially Natalie and Vines, could not have been more helpful. If you want bright lights and glitz, this isn't for you. But, if you want easy access to the island, and a wonderful, comfortable surrounding, with great people, stop looking now. You found it.

Visiting Barbados the first time more than 30 years ago, we went this may to Barbados as a mid-fifty-couple having a very very good time at inchcape villas ! This was a perfect place for staying in love and happiness. Everything we dreamed about living in the caribbean were getting true ... magnificent white sand beaches - one of the best in the world: bottom bay ! ... the incredible fishmarket at Oistins - a must to visit ! ... and over all these breathtaking views from the seaside terrace. We felt like in heaven ... Many thanks to the warm-hearted manager, doing all for our best ! ... we will be back in 2010 :-) ... in our #1 favorite location in the carribean.

There are several apartments on the property, but you hardly notice the other persons !

We stayed in the Sunset apartment. The apartment is gorgeous (2 double bedrooms, a huge Kitchen and a huge living / dining room, with a view on the beach and on a lovely garden.

You also have a very large private terrace where you can have breakfast and cocktails.

The Silver sands beach is perfect if you like kite/surfing. For swimming, there are quite big waves on windy days, but it is still safe. If you prefer calmer water, you can drive to Miami beach (5 minutes drive)

Our landlord organised the car rental and the car was there when we arrived at the apartment on the first day. We managed to leave it at the airport when we left Barbados. I strongly recommend renting a car as the island is quite big and it makes it easier to go around. You can park almost everywhere so it is really easy.

The landlords are really nice and will give you good advices for nice places to eat.

I really recommend this place to anyone who seeks quality / lovely view / easy access to the beach / relaxation.
The only down side is that most of the restaurants are located on the West coast, so you will need a car to go out at night.
