We've just returned from our fourth trip to Little Arches. We have made it a bit of a tradition to return to Little Arches for our anniversary since part of our honeymoon in 2004 was at Little Arches when we first fell in love with this place. We were so excited to return and were not disappointed. The staff always make us feel welcome and they always remember us and make us feel like family especially on this trip. It was great to see Cherise, Johnny, Raine, Rose and to meet new staff as well. Especially their manager Sandy. She was absolutely fabulous. She was exceptional to deal with over email and her warm and outgoing personality can't help but make you smile. Little Arches is still warm, inviting, intimate and quiet but they have made little changes to the hotel that have made the hotel even better. Our actual wedding anniversary was on the day we arrived and they treated us so well. They bought us a bottle of wine during our dinner, champagne and surprised us by scattering flowers in our room and making a flower arrangement on our bed....total surprise. It just shows how the staff at Little Arches truly want to make your stay memorable and special. We are planning to return again next year as this place truly is a treasure and a home away from home....

Our second time visiting has not let us down. My partner Joanna and I had our civil partnership ceremony on the 3rd of May and we just wanted a guaranteed great holiday. We had limited time to have off so a week sadly had to do. But when all your needs are catered for then the little time you have is spent on the great bits! Cheris is a wonderful girl and makes you feel like you are a friend who is visiting. Nothing seems trouble for her she booked a meal in a fab restaurant every night and even organized the taxi's! Michael was our driver for most of the holiday and he did not mind talking with us about the local politics and the touristy things too! Again it felt like visiting old dear friends. I honestly believe this is a place where you will always have nice weather good food a relaxed atmosphere that oozes charm beautiful views clean air great customer service... I could go on and on!

There should be an 8th wonder of the world! - Little Arches!! what a lovely place this is, you arrive as guests and leave as friends, the staff could not do enough for you, Sandra and Emma are lovely, Cherrise is a dream and Barbara and Dermot are fabulous - Dermot - what a character! Rosie is so sweet as are the groundstaff.

We fell in love with them all!! we were sad to leave and wanted to stay for longer, we loved the island and the Miami beach is the best on the island, far nicer than the west coast, uncrowded and serene, try Mr Delicious's rum punch with a flying fish bap with everything on, yummy!! dont have too many of the rum punches though as they go to your knees!!

The pool is fabulous and although 'bijou' its great for a little swim and a cool off from the hot sun, i personally hate large pools, and to me this was absoloutely perfect!

There are lots of little extra touches at Little Arches, you will be in for a treat when you visit.

Cafe Luna is super for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the staff get to know you personally and they are great, try Champers if you'd like to go futher afield, we loved it there, it was our favourite, Aqua was also very nice.

We had a car for four days and pretty much saw the whole of the island, the people are really friendly and go out of their way to help you, we found some lovely little bays and naturally got lost, there are little or no road signs on the island but that all adds to the fun.

We did have a problem with our room and all the staff did there utmost to sort it out, i cannot sing their praises high enough, we shall definately be back!! we are having withdrawel symptoms already!!!

Best place for a private and romantic getaway. Highly recommend Room 7 (St Vincents) the pool is outside your bedroom door (great for early and late night dips) The room was beautiful and i could live in this hotel, in fact i cried as i left as felt so well looked after (without being intrusive). Cocktail menu is great in fact we worked through it in colour order with 2 other couples that we met whilst there, but the place isn't rowdy, don't get the wrong idea. This hotel was recommended to us, rely on word of mouth with this venue.
