“Great Evening!”

Having four children (ish) ranging from 12 to 20 it can be tricky finding a restaurant that ticks all the boxes...this is it! Everyone enjoyed the evening - from the food to the atmosphere.

“Average food but good value!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

I had high expectations of this place from the recommendations I received but found it average to say the least. The menu was European-Caribbean fusion which was interesting but I didn't find very tasty. We had the tuna tataki to start which was poor. Mains were ok and the drinks were well made. The bill was reasonable but I've paid the same for better food elsewhere in Barbados.

“No smiles and poor service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013 via mobile

This place is one of the oldest restaurants on the west coast. It's a nod to a petrol station\garage.

The new owner is Dave Whelan (owner of Wigan FC) and here was here tonight when we eat. I wish he wasn't because the manager spent all night chatting to him instead of looking after his guests.

Service was poor and the place is a shack on the beach - but what a beach, stunning.

Food is normal - its just ok. Service is not with a smile and I guess it's due to the crappy garage style overalls used as uniforms the staff wear. It's too hot for them clearly.
