I have been to Bermuda about fifteen times over the years. We were looking forward to this trip as we had not been in a few years. The fairmont Southhampton felt a little tired this time. Our room left a lot to be desired and the front desk was less than helpful in correcting it.it took several calls and trips to the front desk and it took three days for someone to listen. I still love the location and the facilities were also a little tired and could use some upgrading. I was in an upgraded room and it was norrow and a funny shape. There was no bureau to put our clothes in. (we finally got one after four calls.
