So disappointed in rci ! Total embarrassment to the owners, vacationers,
to
have rci put people in this threatening position, we are not the first
to
leave the premises. We did not believe the reviews...still in shockkk !
This without a doubt jeopardize our membership to rci as we own 3 units.

where do we begin......

The lady at the front desk literally front desk, was very nice
accommodating couldn't be sweeter.
- great air conditioner
- clean

** the bad
- run down
- old
- things broken
- warned of potential danger
- no exterior lighting
- appearance of haunted mansion
- no guests only people who were living on site
- taxi driver couldn't believe someone was staying there, he said
"should
be $20 dollar a night"
- dirty couch
- blood stained pillows
- was told numerous times to lock doors be aware of surroundings
- no security one man part time taxi driver
- tv with rabbit ears
- old appliances
- would never sleep in the bed
- no nearby facilities of any kind on site.
- one women operation !!!

We cannot believe this is in an rci book.

Our cab driver said " i thought this place was condemned, it was in the
paper as condemn last year "

we would never want anyone to stay here it is a danger for everyone !!!
Would not be a pleasant stay it put us in a position to which we had to
move to a hotel and spend funds which we did not intend on spending. No
place to really stay relied on taxi cab driver to get us out safe to a
hotel.

A total shock ! This will be cutting our vacation short.


Also if there are any answers to this via management it is one women
operation !!!

Felt very bad for the 3 people staffed

no words can really describe still in state of shock!

Pretty average place. Could use a huge renovation as everything is old and in need of repair. Some rooms have a good view but ours didn't just looked out on a bunch of shrubs. No internet. Two channels on TV. Window unit A/C which makes you feel terrible in the morning.

Bermuda is an amazing place to visit. If you are booking this hotel as a time share then you are getting off cheaper than any other place on the island. Just go in with low expectations and you will be fine.

Pool is huge and has an amazing view from the patio.

We just returned from a weeklong stay in Bermuda at the Hamiltonian resort. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious and the views were breathtaking. The staff was very accomadating and addressed all of our concerns very quickly. We would definately stay there again. We will post some photos of the resort soon. The bus (#4) does not run very frequently to the hotel so a scooter would be easier to get around. Taxi service is quick and a ride into Hamilton is around $10 including tip. There is a bus (#11) that runs more frequently from down the street if the back stairs are accessable.

We were guests of a relative who used her time share. Well...the place was terrible. The smell was awful. There were no drapes or blinds on the front room sliders. In a rattan chest were crumpled smelly sheets for the pullout couch...and an old pilly blanket (well used). You had to carry your own 5 gallon water jug down to your room yourself. However, when we went up to the office to get a jug...they didn't have any left. The large building (left of the pool)that you see in the promo picture is a derelict with broken windows just as one of the past reviewers stated. This was next to our rooms. We were warned to always keep the bar across the slider (derelict building?) It was not well lighted and we would not walk there alone.
I could go on and on but it's not worth it. Do not go.
