Before traveling to Bermuda, I had already picked out the restaurants we would be eating at. This was the restaurant I was most excited about dining in but didn't quite live up to what I anticipated. The restaurant itself was beautiful and peaceful and the service was very attentive. The food however didn't impress me as much as I had hoped. For an appetizer I had the foie gras and for the main course I ordered the artichoke and crab crusted rock fish. Unfortunately I wasn't all that impressed by the flavor of the fish. For dessert I had the dark and stormy soufflé, which was ended up being the best part of the meal as it was cooked perfectly. My favorite thing about the restaurant though was the piano player, he was amazing and played a wonderful selection of songs.
