The house is located in a very quite area (residential road in hamilton).
It's only 5-10 minutes walk from the scooter rental store, 10-15 minutes walk from the Ferry Terminal and Front Street and 15-20 Minutes from the Bus Terminal.
It's quiet during the day and incredibly quiet at night.
The room (palmetto suite) was clean,comfy, with a big closet, terrace and had all the comfort (even more than expected). The bed was extremely comfortable too.. in fact it wasn't easy to wake up early in the morning.
The house has a well furnished common area and a patio with a great swimming pool (the one you can turn on the current and swim as much as you want and as fast as you like). There s a big fridge where you can store your food. Each room has it own space in the common area kitchen for more food storage. They also provide you with plates and silverware.
There's a gas BBQ in the patio next to the pool. This means you can cook and eat in every time you want and this is definitely a big PLUS considering the restaurants in Bermuda aren't cheap.
They provide you with clean beach towels every day. You'll find soap, very good shampoo and conditioner too. You do not really need to bring much from home besides some light clothes!
They also have more travel guides, books, maps about bermuda than any book store on the island! Do not forget to ask for recommendations to Marley and Harry.. you'll never go wrong, trust me!
They really are the best hosts we ever had and we were really sad when we left. They make you feel home in every way.
And I cannot forget one of the best perk of the house ... Digby "ButterPads" Powell, the PartyDog.. Dive for the Queen, Digby!!!
