Music, art, jewelry, food, and dance - what's not to like? Make sure you see the iconic Gombey dancers for a real slice of Bermudian culture!

“GO!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

Given some of the mixed reviews, we weren't sure what to expect, but we were very happy with what we found! Plenty of vendors selling local wares, some of which you cannot find elsewhere on the island. & the food trucks were great, too, for a fun & affordable meal while you listen to the local music. Also allows you to reach the Birdcage in the middle of Front Street for a photo op as well :)

“carnival atmosphere with something for everyone!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

A nice way to spend an evening strolling amongs the interesting stalls selling locally made diverse products. It was also a nice way of mixing with some of the local people who seemed to be enjoying the food stalls, the various activities for the children and the live music provided - which overall made for a carnival atmosphere, with something for everyone irrespective of age!

“An enjoyable evening”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

We've been to Harbour Nights many times in the past. They always seem to be "rearranging" it. In 2013 it covers Front St. from Burnaby Hill to Queen St. (where the "Bird Cage" is located), goes up Queen St. for a block and then turns down Reid St. Many, but not all shops stay open through most of Harbour Night. This is a good alternative to shopping in the middle of the day when Hamilton seems to be the absolute hottest place in all of Bermuda. Harbour Nights only run on Wednesday evenings from about 7 to 10 in summer time, so check the schedule before you plan to go. There are some good local vendors including artists, jewelry, and food. Most weeks they have entertainment. If you are lucky to be there when the Bermuda Regiment Band is playing for Harbour Nights, don't miss it.

“Great way to spend a Wednesday night!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

If only the stores in Hamilton would stay open longer on any given night, there would be more people in town. This was a wonderful way to spend an evening walking around Front street and the surrounding streets enjoying all the stalls and especially the regimental bands and gombey dancers. Loved the free samples of rum from Gosling's. Just don't understand the ferry service anymore in Bermuda. It has been screwed up schedule wise for over a decade now. For example, Harbour Night lasts until 10pm but the harbour ferry service ends at 8pm. Very short sighteness. Try some of the food stands owned by local small businesses not just the big restaurants. The jerk pork was delicious and some of the best I have ever had in all the islands.
