They give out age approriate brochures and folders. Bermudans are very friendly and always say good morning or afternoon or whatever and expect you to also be polite. They are very helpful to visitors.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were on a cruise and we did not book any excursions. They helped us with a plan of activities,places to visit, restaurants to eat, beaches to avoid and snorkel areas which are less crowded. They recommended "Day pass" for public transportation and warned us of the last bus/ferry for the day coming back to Dockyards. They also sell duty free alcohol which we missed due to the 2 hour time limit before the ship's departure. Sadly, the cruise company did not let us know about it!

The visitors bureau lady was really nice and extremely helpful with suggestions like going to St. George on Wednesday so we could see the dunking acted out. It was fun to watch. She also made other good suggestions, plus they have clean public restrooms. Good job, Bermuda.
Lots of information and it being your first contact will leave you with a great impression. There is so much to do. Can't wait to go back.
