“Pretty little church worth peeking into.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

Wandering though the street you can't miss this lovely white church atop its steps to the entrance. We were there while they were practicing for a local celebration so couldn't walk all round inside.. The graveyard is worth strolling through and is really well maintained. It was great to see it as a 'living' church and not just a tourist attraction

“The church is lovely”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

I liked the church, but found the cemetery surrounding it more fascinating. The tombs surround it like a garden. So close to the church, as I believe it shows how much the people of the church care about those it lost. Very touching.

“Oldest Church in the Western Hemisphere!”

The history of the church alone is worth a visit but it is also a beautiful structure with a fascinating churchyard. History and architecture buffs can't miss!

We visited the church and had a lovely chat with the volunteer who provided very interesting background information. Beautiful architecture and wonderfully preserved.
