At $1.00 for admittance, it was well worth it. We enjoyed the information about the original ship that was built in Bermuda and traveled to Jamestown, VA with provisions that saved the people there.
This is a reproduction. It is not a tourist trap as one reviewer said. There is a lot of good information on board if you are willing to read. It was fun to wander around the ship and try to imagine how people did it back then.

“Old Ship”

Pretty neat to see what the old ships were like, but still. We did not pay to go on board. Right next to the square where the dunking happens at lunch time, so we walked by. Otherwise I would not make a special trip.

Went in July 2005. We were expecting this great old restored ship. It is small (as was the real one), yes this is a fake, a reproduction and it looks it. I am sure it was a big deal to build but we decided not to bother paying $3 to go on it. It's a tourist trap located right in front of the cruise ship dock if you ask me. Kids will get a kick out of it, but its definatly not a destination stop for adults.
