I have been to many Brazilian Steakhouses and was slightly disappointed with this one. I have no concerns with the service - they stopped by often to check on us and make sure we were getting what we needed. The primary disappointment was with the food quality. The skirt steak was very tasty, but just about all the other cuts were not nearly as flavorful as we had hoped, lacking the normal spices and flavor that come when meats are fire gilled, hand sliced and then resalted over the fire. The side dishes were mashed potatoes, polenta, and fried yuca. Even the cheese bread was undercooked - almost yeast like. I am not saying it's not worth a visit - we were early in the evening and this could have been a one time thing, but we left feeling a little underwhelmed. I will say that the dessert was very good, but normally I would not order dessert at this type of restaurant having been fulfilled from the meat and salad bar. I am willing to give it another try, but not before sampling some of the other restaurants in the Aruba area.
