“Sort of a Tourist Trap”

We stayed at the Westin in Palm Beach, so everything was in walking distance. There are many options to eat, but the prices are prohibitive (this is not a cheap place to visit). The stores were filled with absolute junk (Aruba plastered on everything made in China), but some of the smaller display tables at night had some local handicrafts/jewelry. It is dark in some spots, but never felt uneasy. Locals are friendly and there was no hassles.

“Lots of action with beautiful views”

Palm Beach is a hub of activity as it occupied by many of the fancy high-rise hotels. You can find just about any type of water sport here, and the sand is like sugar. There are several great little beach bars and restaurants, too. It's perfect for recreational swimming and snorkeling.

beautiful beach and no peddlers super calm waters ,no drugs being peddled ..but like most they are all public beaches,everyone is kind and just great

“Nice but crowded”

The water is nice and there are lots of water sport activities. It's not my cup of tea though. If you want less crowds rent a car and go to a beach away from the hotels.

“The best beach on Aruba”

The Palm Beach area has changed over the year and for the better, but the beach remained the same, simply the best beach on the island. Hang out infront of the Raddision for the best in water sports and ammenities.
