“Great location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2012

I booked Brickell Bay last minute (10 days before my trip!) after Boardwalk Aruba cancelled my reservation due to construction. It turned out to be the best thing ever! Brickell Bay has a great location and the room was clean and fresh. Most of the staff were very helpful, although there were a few who seemed overwhelmed with guest requests. My only complaint is that none of the rooms have kitchenettes. The free breakfast is a basket of baked items served with juice and coffee. The quality/quantity was good but not something you would want to eat every day.

“Good Location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012

The breakfeast is simple. Only Coffe(like tea, the americans prefer), bread, orange juice, grape, butter, jelly and nothing else :) . I think have a good price and a good location. If you go to the palm beach they have a deck chair but don´t have a awning ( $15 to rent ) . The staff are friendly. We didn´t have problem with toilets or internet, but we knew other couples that complained about towel, soap and other things on same week. They should use a checklist in all rooms. I recommend the hotel to save money, you will need because everything is expansive in Aruba. If you go to Honeymoon I advice you to choice other hotel, oceanfront and a nice breakfeast(all inclusive is not necessary because aruba have a very good places to eat, you have to go). They have the potential to be an awesome place, but are missing the opportunity. And last go to baby beach, it´s paradise.

“Nice clean friendly resort”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

I found this place on the Internet and picked because of price. We are using someone's time share but we wanted to stay a little longer so we added 5 days more on the first part of our stay and chose Brickell Bay. The time share cost to add the same number of days was an an additional $250 more than we paid at Brickell Bay. Brickell Bay is not on the beach but only a very short walk or golf cart ride (provided by Brickell Bay) to the beach. It has a very clean and refreshing pool behind the hotel. Make sure you schedule an all day full island tour from ABC TOURS and ask for Hugo for your guide. Ask to volunteer to drive if you think you are a jock drive. This will be a thrill and show you can drive off road. This tour is well worth the price they charge. Also, make sure you buy in advance with your reservations the $10 American breakfast served Tomatoe Charles. The breakfast you get is $17.50 on the menu and is very good.

“You will not go wrong staying here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

I travel and stay some 200 nights a year in hotels. As I Landed in Aruba, the airport stress had taken its toll, and I must admit I was a bit hasty, but as soon as I went to the open air front desk I was greeted by Jessica, WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON. She smiled and spoke to me as If She had known me forever, But Wait, it didnt stop there, I learned that ALL the Hotel Staff were just as cool as Jessica.

I had forgotten what good service was all about. Comming from the USA; we get used to terrible service and screwed attitudes, NOT HERE These people actually care and do have a sincere gratful attitude, Non predjudice and totally just simply good people.

if you are going to Aruba and dont want to spend your life savings and max all your cards for a room, you WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED IN BRICKELL BAY ARUBA. Not on the beach, but I counted 143 Steps to it!

My Point is you can travel and not spend all your money on a really upscale and nice place, Stay at the Brickell bay Aruba, and spend your money on your vacation. Hey I CAN GURANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!

Room Tip: All rooms are jam up!

“Great place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

i spent a week in the hotel with my husband, its a great place, comfortable, the staff is great, everytime we needed something they were willing to help us immediately, they are really friendly and warm people, make you feel like home... the room was amazing, more than what we expected for the price we paid, they dont bother you at all if you still in the room, they go twice a day to clean up your mess and give you fresh towels most of the time warm towels and chocolates every night.. most of the staff speak at least 3 languages including english so is really easy to comunicate with them... the location of the hotel is also incredible, is close to everything in the high rise hotel zone, the palm beach mall, paseo herencia, hard rock cafe, mc donalds, burger king, Wendy's, domino's pizza, kfc and some other restaurants like Aqua Grill which is next to the hotel, also pretty good... the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant are also pretty good, the continental breakfast is a basket with different kinds of bread, you might want to order something to go with it but overall the hotel was GREAT i would go back to Brickell Bay with closed eyes.... like they say Aruba is a happy island, once you go you never want to go back home!
