We were lucky to be able to spend 10 nights and I must say I was quite pleased after reading many of the negative reviews. We had a 12th floor room (looking towards Divi so ocean view) and it was very nice. Walking Palm Beach every day from the Divi to the Ritz, there is no doubt in my mind that the Westin beach is superior to all of the others!! The staff at the beach hut dealing with palapas and towels was also superb (Dennis-you were awesome). Our check in and check out was exceptional with no waiting as there were a number of individuals available. It was true that only 3 of the elevators were working but I don't believe we had one wait over 2-3 minutes and that included multiple trips upstairs for medication (unfortunate attribute of age). Internet service was very good, room cleaning was more than adequate (no mildewy odor either), the largest negative was humidity within the room not allowing for quick air drying; but that was better than current Michigan winter days. All the staff exceded expectations after I incurred an unfortunate theft of my wallet from a tour bus, through assisting with use of their world phone, periodic checking with the tour company and local police relative to possibly locating my lost wallet, etc. Again, I can not thank them enough for all the concern the expressed and service they provided. In summary, realizing the size and age of the facility I was more than pleased and look forward to returning in the near future. Congratulations Mr. Roy, and all staff, on such a well run and managed resort.

We had our wedding last december and it was absolutely spectacular. The wedding planner department was extremely helpful and cooperative, always trying to help us and made our wedding planning experience much easier. The banquet food was extraordinary, all our guests were amazed and satisfied with the food. I would highly recommend the westin as a venue for a destination wedding in Aruba. We will go again to celebrate our first year anniversary and will definitely stay at the Westin!

Recently returned from a 5 day stay at the Westin Aruba. Everything was great! Got upgraded to an ocean-front room with beautiful views of Palm Beach. The room was clean and very comfortable. Service was wonderful. Frank the bellman was especially great - always happy, funny, and eager to help. He was a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay! Loved the vacation overall, and would certainly recommend the hotel to others!

We recently returned from a stay at the Westin Aruba - overall a good experience and a property with potential. The staff was helpful and curteous from check-in to check-out and raised the bar on our stay. Danny Yesid at the front desk was one of the stand-outs and should be one of your "go to" guys if you encounter an issue: professional, friendly and effective.
