Overall hotel are good. The thing I don't like about it is elevator were often broken down and left with two working one out of four. During morning or dinner time please make sure you budget extra 15 minutes. Location are great. Stuff are friendly. Breakfast are good (but expensive). Need some update for the room. Only the lobby look new.

Pago Pago restaurant at the Westin Aruba is the place. Yolanda is the waitress to ask for and make sure you have her make you the Caesar salad. We ate there 3 times in 1 week! Can't wait to go back. We chose it over all of the other more expensive places.

The staff at the Westin is great, we have stayed several times and everytime we go back we feel like family. Just to name a few, Agnes & Gloria (breakfast buffet) Frank & Hubert (Bell man) Elvis & Bruce (Bars) & Miranta (Restaurant) We missed Nadime & Rooney because they were on vacation but look forward to seeing them in March. Restaurant food is great, pool area is excellent. Can not wait to go back!!

This last trip was my seventeenth stay at this hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. At check-in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with two balconies. The room was nicely furnished, and everything was in working order. Appreciated the walk-in shower. Dinners at Baci and at Pago Pago were wonderful. Had lunch daily at the Terrace which was always good. I always enjoy speaking to Pearly - she is the sweetest. I can't say enough about the bartender staff at the hotel. They are the best. Edgar, JoJo, Zonia, Ramon and all of the others. They went out of their way to exceed our expectations. Kudos to Justin the F&B Manager for shopping around town for a certain type of wine for my Mother, and for personally taking care of our dinner reservations. The pool and beach were great, and the landscaping well maintained. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and always working with a smile. Mr. Roy, thank you for everything and we appreciate your staff going the extra mile! We will be back in May with 16 ppl!
