Well I have never written a review before, but after my stay I feel compelled to. First of all, this was a honeymoon trip, with our 3 year old son. It was the first trip we have taken as a family. It started out pretty bad as our flight got delayed and we ended up not being able to fly out and arrive on Monday. I called the Manchebo, and told them we would not be arriving and we would like to stay an extra day to Sunday. The woman on the phone informed me that we could stay, but we might have to change rooms on Saturday. She said we could figure it all out when we got down there on Tuesday. When we arrived, I was informed that we could stay an extra day AT NO CHARGE! On top of that we didn't have to change rooms!
When we got to our room, it was a little smaller than expected but in the end it didn't matter all that much since we spent very little time in the room. The room looked recently updated and the bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower head, modern looking sink etc... My son absolutely loved the rainfall shower! We couldn't get him out of it!
The next thing we noticed was that the staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond. They would bring treats for our son (who was being a typically cranky 3 year old at times), joke with him and they were generally extremely accommodating.
The beach was very nice and the thatched "umbrellas" were spaced far apart so you felt like you had the beach to yourself. We never had a hard time getting a spot.
We will be back!

My sister and I went to the spa after hearing about the services from a friend. We had the after sun package treatment and it was wonderful. The staff was helpful when helping us choose a package since we were newbies. They were very professional, and the cabanas are a must!. the spa was simple and gave a great feel of the being on the beach and serenity. I had a wrap, facial and massage under $250. The prices are great and the staff is very friendly. This spa is also the only spa in aruba that offers a foot treatment you have to try to believe. This women has a tank with garra rufa fish and they eat the dead skin off your feet its amazing!!! A must try!! the local restaurant is good and decently priced I would recommend the beach its clean and not rocky . They were painting when we left and I can't wait to go back and see the update.

Really nice place. Doesn't look like much from the road, but the facility has great beach and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. We would definitely consider a return visit. Definitely liked being away from the highrise hotels and traffic. Restaurant dinner food was very good. Breakfast was grossly overpriced. Front desk staff was great!

Great beach - hard to imagine something better. Service is friendly, rooms are fine. Had the all-inclusive option - would say the food and drinks were average. It all comes fast, but the quality isn't anything super (that said, it was fine). If you go all-inclusive, you will probably get your money's worth. I think the more important point here is that the beach is great. I would go back.
