“Great hotel!”

The hotel was awesome! The entire staff was great. The property is modern, beautiful. There are parrots, swans, tropical flowers. Airy, breezy, open lobby. Really nice restaurants on the property and many others in walking distance. The hotel is in an area where we felt safe to venture out at night (walking & driving). Beautiful, clean beach. Rooms are clean and spacious!
I would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed another 10 day trip at the Hyatt that was almost perfect. The only issue that I still feel is a problem at the Hyatt is that they bring in these large groups of Holiday Inn type customers who have zero respect for others. They take over the pool for hours with their volley ball games, consumer alcohol, curse and holler as they show us how low classed they are. They have no idea that the Hyatt is a resort and others have paid and earned to save enough to be there for rest and relaxation. Otherwise the Hyatt is a gem and their employees are their best asset. Unfortunately the group of 400 who was there don't tip or acknowledge the service of the Hyatt help and ignore the fact that the help depends on tips for survival. I didnt see one of the group reach into their pockets to tip an employee! Like I said, trash at its finest.

Just returned from six wonderful days at the Hyatt Regency Aruba. From the check-in to the checkout the service was outstanding. We were in a group of four hundred (400) people but felt like we were the
only customers there. The staff members are courteous,accomodating,friendly,sincere and loving. Special thanks to Marilyn (our housekeeper),Denise (the Palms),Janet (Ruins de Mar,deck parties,ballroom,etc.),and Giovanni (so beautiful she should be Ms.Peru). The one person we would like for every resort to have was the lovely Zoe who was elegant,beautiful,sweet,caring,and loving

Hyatt casino was Nice place to gamble! Lunch at the palms was great too. We also did their Spa but i must say it was not what we are expecting, the desk receptionist, Rea is really very very slow in moving, very lost and confused. She makes us feel not welcome probably because we dont stay at Hyatt? Aruba is a very safe place to stay, very quite and it seems that everybody knows each other.

We stay at the hyatt every year. It is the ideal location,and the beach property is one of the best on the island. The only thing I would like to suggest is they have a Zumba class on the beach. It would be just the icing on the cake! Great Hotel just needs some more activity(day and night)...like some of the other nearby hotels have.
Already booked our yearly vacation...heading to the Hyatt Aruba

The hotel is modern, spotless, beautiful. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Totally service with a smile. We ate breakfast at the Ruins de Mar, great buffet. The lunch at the Palms was great too, great variety. Don't miss the fresh fruit smoothie bar by the pool. Lots of restaurant options are within walking distance or a very short cab ride away. The beach was clean and beautiful. Check your bill, though. We had some mini-bar charges that were incorrect, these were adjusted off immediately. All in all, just a perfect, stress-free vacation.

BIG MONEY to stay here if you like plugged up drains and showers with no hurry for staff and management to fix it. HYATT has missed the mark the here. Called several times to get shower unplugged and they finally fixed it. Sink then plugged up and asked for that to be fixed with NO answer. Talked to assistant manager Richard Elliott who seemed somewhat sympathetic. Will never stay there again
