I noted the good ratings for Tulip, so we decided to check it out. Since we were just staying in the low rise hotels area, we walked down the street to Tulip, right across Eagle Beach. It is an open restaurant and luckily it wasn't too hot that day, as there's no option to sit indoors (unfortunately it warmed up my soda pretty quickly). I believe they specialized in Dutch and International cuisine. They had a special where for 30 dollars you can get an appetizer, a main course and dessert. I ended up getting beef croquettes, penne alfredo and ice cream, while my husband had lamb. The food was pretty good, but definitely not the best. My husband recalls the food being greasy. The meal only costed us around 70 dollars, but we were definitely really full, and knowing Aruba, that's not a bad price. Service was great. At the end of our meal, we just walked across the beach and just walked along Eagle and Palm beach back to our hotel as we enjoyed the sunset. Definitely worth a try!
