This is true barefoot dining on the beach. Our family loved the atmosphere and the excellent food and service were just bonuses.
I took my family to Aruba for Christmas and there were many families at Passions. Being the holidays there were plenty of children at the restaurant. Between courses they kept themselves busy playing in the sand. Couples were seated away from the children in the front row at their tables for two along the water's edge.
Our family prefers eating dinner later after sunset, but sunsets in Aruba are fabulous so I imagine dinner while watching the sunset would be nice as well. Our meal was delicious. We did not feel rushed and service was spot on.
