My husband and I dined at Barefoot on our last evening in Aruba on vacation. We opted to dine under the palapa because we'd had enough of the sun for the day, however, even under the palapa you'll find beach style furnishings and a beach sand floor, and candlelit ambiance that inspires romance. We were able to see our last (gorgeous) sunset in Aruba while dining on a meal fit for kings - the lobster cappuccino is absolutely delicious, by the way, as was the grouper romano. We enjoyed our last Aruba Ariba and Barefoot Delight (rum, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice), which were perfectly mixed. Staff was friendly and accommodating; our waitress didn't hesitate to offer to take our photo on the beach at sunset, and when our meal was over, the manager called a cab for us and made the special touch of coming over and asking how our meal was (always appreciated). Barefoot is definitely on our list next time we're in Aruba.
