Strangely, nice Tex-Mex for the $$. I ate there twice with my friend we liked it so much. I had a burrito and they didn't not skimp on the chicken. The second time I had enchiladas, beans, and rice. My friend had ordered Mexican fried ice cream I think. (Wasn't a huge fan, but I wasn't there for the sweets.) The best is if you want a little heat the hot sauce is the bomb diggity. Scotch Bonnet Peppers are used instead of Habaneros, because they're easier to grow in the Carribean. YUM!! and HOT!! Atmosphere is really nice. Not too crowded when I was there and you can face the market square area where, if you are lucky, there will be entertainment. Outdoor seating is upstairs, indoors, but there are very few walls so that might qualify as outdoors?
