We had the most amazing time at this resort and already miss it. Our best trip yet.

If you want to receive poor service, listening to noise from planes and building works on the island for money you paying - go to Jumby Bay.

Some people who rated this resort as excellent probably haven't seen anything better!!!!

We had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for the main course and I am not saying about waiting for a water or vine for 20-30 minutes !!
Every morning we were woken up by the noise of building works going on near by in the resort. We tried to find a quiet place on the island but building works were everywhere, in different parts of the island, so we could see huge trucks, diggers and ...
One morning we even saw digger on the beach!!!

We also had a "pleasure" of listening noise of planes taking off and landing to the VC airport.

Concierge Ursulita managed to get things wrong not ones but several times. I was just amazed by the attitude and very POOR costomer service.

So guys if you want all these - go there and good luck to you!!!

This resort has all of the places in the Caribbean beat hands down. Just remember its the Caribbean and accept the tiny flaws inherent to this area of the world. Jumby Bay has the least of any of them. Its fabulous and difinitely worth returning over and over.

Recently stayed at Jumby Bay for 5 nights with my husband. I can't say enough great things about it. The service was impeccable, the food was great, and the rooms....ooh la la. We stayed in a courtyard suite that included an indoor shower and an outdoor bathtub and shower. Heaven on earth. The beach was perfect, and the pool was also beautiful. This private island retreat is most romantic and the staff has thought of just about everything: from flower petals in the toilet at turndown to bikes for each guest to explore the island at their own leisure. Please don't miss having a private picnic lunch at Pasture Beach. We will be back next year.
