We've just returned from our stay there over New Years and first week of January.
We paid $185 per person/per night ($370 in total). It's all inclusive. The all inclusive menu changes daily with a choice of 3 starters (soup, salad or special) and 3 main (fish, meat or vegetatian option) and 1 dessert. The a-la-carte menu is not included in the all inclusive package. You get a 15% discount when you order a-la-carte, main course averaging about $20. A shorter lunch menu can be ordered on the beach which is a real plus. Overal the main courses were of a pretty good quality, especially the fish dishes. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. They could have offered a bit more variety in bread and fruits. Also no freshly squeezed juices were available (only canned)which we expected from a "tropical destination" and a hotel of that price level.
Each room has a balcony over-looking the sea. We stayed in room 3. Our suggestion would be to ask for a room of No. 5 or higher as these are located higher up the hill and have stunning views over the ocean and the bays which are a big selling point for this place. The rooms themselves are nice, of a good size, have terraces and usually outdoor as well as indoor showers. In general the rooms could benefit from a slight modernisation and a fresh lick of paint but are ok nevertheless. The bath room looks a bit dated.
Only real letdown was that service is rather unprofessional. This applies mostly to the meal services (breakfast, dinner). On a daily basis we experienced orders to be forgotten, long waiting times for food, no waiter attendance, had to ask for drinks refills, etc. The staff is not proactive and rarely reactive (with few exceptions), doesn't take ownership of any orders or requests and it seems that they didn't have any proper training at all. While each instance wasn't a big deal, the amalgamation of them each day got quite a bit annoying. For a place that charges $370 per night this was definitely sub-standard and didn't make us feel very special.
Beautiful beach and stunning location. They provide comfortable beach loungers but don't provide umbellas. It is however possible to find some shade under the palm trees. The hotel provides kayaks which are quite nice but no sail boats. Jetskis, hobie cats etc can however the rented from people along the beach. The hotel also mentions another unspoiled beach on their web page to be available. This is true but the beach can only be reached by kayak or a slightly longer walk as no stairs have been build to connect the hotel directly with that beach. The pool (which we don't usually use considering the great ocean) is not that great and could be a disappointment for people who are looking to use a pool regularly.
There are no reefs nearby. Snorklers must take a boat tour to reach good snorkeling grounds which takes around 40 min one way and costs around $40 per person for the trip. Diving is usually done at similar locations and is ok, although not comparable to other locations we have seen in the Caribbean or elsewhere in the world (Red Sea, Maldives, etc).
Overall we had a pretty good time. It's a great place for relaxing. Value for money was not the best considering the service levels but probably still an attractive alternative for a stay in Antigua compared to the other places available. A few years before we stayed at Coco Bay which is not far from Cocos. It has a similar concept (boutique style, separate bungalows, great views, similar price) and offers a slightly superior experience from our perspective which you also might want to consider.
